Ambulance Membership
An ambulance subscription protects you and your family from out-of-pocket expenses for emergency services. When you purchase a subscription with our agency, you also purchase an ALS subscription at no additional cost. Often, insurance does not fully cover the ambulance services, which can cost anywhere from $900 to $1,400 or more. For a small contribution for this subscription, you and your family will be covered for 1 year.
Please Note: A subscription does not cover wheelchair van service, inter-hospital transfers, ambulance transport to a doctor's office, and ambulance transport primarily for convenience. It also does not cover aeromedical services.
Your Membership
Your membership protects you and your family from out-of-pocket expenses for emergency services. If your insurance denies coverage or applies the service to your deductible, you will not be billed for the balance.
Coverage for 1 Year
Your membership covers three free lift assists per household per year. The fee for lift assistance for non-members is currently $100. For evaluations where the patient refuses transport the fee for non-members is $350.
Our Providers
We have an incredible crew of volunteer staff, including EMRs, EMTs, and AEMTs that cover night shifts and weekend hours. During the week, we are staffed by paid employees through a contact with WellSpan from 0800 to 1800 everyday.
